Has Challenger boats gone bankrupt?

My brother just bought a Challenger boat, and a few days after he got it my dad was looking for him a boat (a pontoon) and he told the people of my brother buying a Challenger boat, and they asked him if my brother knew that they had gone bankrupt. I looked into to it, I've looked all over the web, and can't find anything about it, I know they went bankrupt back in 78 or so, but there is nothing on it happening recently. Does anyone know anything about it? We asked another guy that does the registrtion and owns a boat sales place whenever we went to register my brothers boat, and he didn't know anything about it.|||who knows and who cares does the boat float?
