Hi I acquired a boat in a car trade, I have no actual use for the boat and am looking to sell it. the only thing is I have no clue how much to ask for. it is an old boat 1950 to 1959 range all fiberglass has a engine trailer gas can and lines and is in pretty good condition. as far as I am aware the boat floats and the engine works just fine the boat needs some body work for aesthetic value, but otherwise it seems to be in good shape. I am selling all that is previously listed. my question is how much should I post as a asking price. I unfortunately have no idea for prices on boats they range so very much online. I believe it is a tomahawk fishing boat with a 35 Hp engine.
Thank you for your time.|||Run an add in the local free trade magazine. List it for about $500 and then give it to the first responsible teenager that comes along and is willing to do some work for it.
Then you can have him, mow your grass, shovel your show, and do some good hard work for about a month worth of weekends to earn it.
You'll feel good about it, and the kid will be absolutely ecstatic.|||Your info leads me to think U have no title for it as the Yr and the Manufacture would be on it. If U have the Title than put it on craigslist your area Best offer and see what happens that will give U a idea . Or see if there is a Tomahawk group that likes those boats on/line.|||$500 sounds good, but sell it as is condition.
